Cancellation policy:

Cancellations/Reschedules 24 hours or more prior to scheduled appointment have no penalty.

Cancellations/Reschedules less than 12 hours prior to appointment time will result in 50% charge of service scheduled cost.

Cancellations/Reschedules less than 8 hours prior to appointment will result in 100% charge of service scheduled cost.

PACKAGE Cancellations/Reschedules less than 12 hours in advance will result in loss of that scheduled session.

FAT FREEZING & SCULPTING PACKAGE Cancellations/Reschedules less than 24 hours will result in loss of that scheduled session.
